Whether it be bright orange and bubbly mimosas, dainty cups of tea or a full menu with every breakfast food imaginable, there’s a brunch for every kind of mom this year on the North Fork. Make sure to call and get that reservation early! These popular restaurants will fill up fast with kids trying to make mom happy.

Ellen’s on Front, 3 course Pre Fixe, $50/person

This year Ellen’s is offering a prefix menu sure to impress any mom. For $50, you get three delightful courses. First course is a soup or salad, next is waffles, eggs benny, burger or crab cake, and dessert is a selection from a Northforker fave, North Fork Flour Shoppe.

12 p.m. to 3 p.m., 38 Front St., Greenport

The Birchwood of Polish Town, Pre Fixe, $29.95/person

This brunch comes with a selection of entrees, including cherry cheese blintzes, omelets, Texas Style French Toast, Belgian waffles and more. Plus, you’ll get a mimosa, coffee, tea, juice and access to a breakfast bar with bagels, croissants and pastries.

10 a.m. to 1 p.m., 512 Pulaski St, Riverhead

Jamesport Manor, A la carte

If you’ve got a mom who likes to sleep in and prefers fish, pasta and chicken to waffles and pancakes, the Jamesport Manor late lunch to dinner menu might just be for her. Their special menu has appetizer options like wonton tacos, almond crusted brie, and burrata and brussels and entrees of goat cheese pan-roasted organic chicken breast, almond encrusted fluke, and truffle mushroom ravioli. Finish it all off with dessert — a chocolate torte, raspberry white chocolate cheesecake or creme brûlée.

1 p.m. to 7 p.m., 370 Manor Ln, Jamesport

Vine Street Cafe, A la carte

To really wake up the morning palate, start with selections from the raw bar like clams, oysters, bay scallop ceviche or spicy tuna tacos at this Shelter Island standout. Then, move into the salads like the crispy calamari salad with frizzled carrots. If you’ve still got room, order a main like the brunch classic, chicken and waffles with sriracha honey butter or potato hash with cheese carne asada.

11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., 41 S Ferry Rd, Shelter Island

Cooperage Inn, A la carte

While the special Mother’s Day menu is still in the works, what we do know is that this Baiting Hollow restaurant — known for comfort-food classics like chicken and short rib pot pies — is always a winning spot for a special occasion brunch.

11 a.m. to 8 p.m., 2218 Sound Ave, Baiting Hollow

Windamere, A la carte

This charming waterside restaurant, which opened last fall at Strong’s Water Club in Mattituck, will offer indoor and outdoor seating with brunch specials like lobster cobb salad, skirt steak and eggs and guava cream cheese-stuffed french toast with crunchy almonds, and a gift for Mom.

Hellenic Snack Bar, A la carte

This classic greek spot doesn’t serve brunch often, but when they do, they do it right. Start mom off with one of their three special cocktails and then move into a choice of eggs benny, done three ways. They’ve got the classic, with Canadian bacon, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce; the florentine, with spinach and smoked salmon; and the de-carb-orator, with braised short rib hash and caramelized onions. From noon on, they also have a less brunch-y menu of seafood selections and more.

Brunch served until 1 p.m., 5145 Main Rd, East Marion

Noah’s, A la carte

Along with their classic farm-to-table brunch menu available on the weekends, chef Noah Schwartz will be adding some special dishes just for Mother’s Day.

Saturday and Sunday, 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., 136 Front St, Greenport

Special Tea House, Special afternoon tea menu, $55/person

In addition to their regular ‘Simple Tea’ and ‘Classic Tea’ menus, on Mother’s Day Weekend (Friday to Sunday), Special Tea House will be adding a menu just for mothers. This includes a sparkling white tea with white cranberry and ginger, a buttermilk scone with lavender glaze, clotted cream and lemon curd, classic finger sandwiches and dainty desserts.

Served all weekend, 455 Main St, Greenport

Main Road Biscuit Co., Special menu additions

This Jamesport spot is always a great brunch option. But for Mother’s Day, they have some great specials that will be hitting the menu. A biscuit crust quiche served with a mixed green salad, a lobster eggs benedict and a croque madame will all be available. Plus they will have strawberry-guava mimosas to toast mom.

Breakfast served all day, lunch starts at 11 a.m., 1601 Main Rd, Jamesport
